Nicotette invisipatch
Tried this and wouldn’t recommend for heavy smokers as one it’s not strong enough and secondly it doesn’t do much or stay on. I would recommend something a bit stronger to be able to quit smoking and get that craving out the way.

Helpful addition
This product was gentle on my skin unlike other patches I’ve tried. It did help curb the majority of my cravings though I did still smoke at times and used nicotine gum but this may be due to a particularly stressful work time. I plan to try again with them when it may be more helpful,

Patch is good size itself and easily to apply. My skin had a red rash after I removed the plaster. And it was itchy for several days. Not sure is good for my skin or is it suitable for me.
