Patch was too strong
I purchased the box of patches and tried it. Unfortunately step 1 was too strong for me and made me feel ill. Would be better if the coupon was for any step so you can choose.

Did not go well
Having tried this product i would recommend going to a lower dose than what is advised, within 45 mins of having patch on my heart was racing and i was breathing extremely fast. Tried everything to calm my breathing and nothing helped took patch off and within 5 mins i was feeling much better. Been advised to use a lower dose

Really easy and effective
I found these patches so easy to use. I put on the patch in the morning on waking up and remove before sleeping. It’s a clear patch so I used mine on the top of my arm. It’s a clear patch that sticks well and other than a few tingles at the start and a tiny bit of itchyness it is actually very comfortable to wear. It stopped most of my cravings in my head so I did have to find something to do with my hands like taking up learning to knit! This has been such a great way to quit smoking and I thoroughly recommend giving them a try. I have since bought more Nicorette Invisipatches as they are really helping me on my journey to quit smoking.

Didn’t Work as Expected
I had high hopes for the Nicorette Step 1 Invisipatch 25mg, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver the results I was expecting. After using it consistently, I didn’t notice any significant reduction in cravings or withdrawal symptoms. On the plus side, the patch is discreet and easy to apply, but without the expected benefits, it’s hard to justify continuing with it. Maybe it works better for others, but for me, it just didn’t make much of a difference.

Worked a treat
