Quite smoking
I found the gum to be great for a quick fix if unable to smoke for a few hours ie visiting hospital, school but don't think it would be a great help after a day or two don't think I can quit using this alone

Did cut down my smoking habit
I used the gum in an attempt to stop smoking. It did help, but I feel the patches would be better for me than the gum. I’ve not stopped completely but I have cut done A LOT since using the gum.

Helps with craving a cigarette
As a longtime smoker I felt this product helped with the nicotine side of not having a cigarette would highly recommend though I’ve already purchased my next pack I’m determined to quit for good this time

Stop Smoking Wonder Gum pack in bag.
Having used the home tester club app where you can get to test products for free and use your experience ny sharing a review for other people and read other members opinion on products you may be thinking of purchasing but not sure. It's a great idea to learn before you buy. I was interested in stopping smoking and I noticed an offer to test nicorett original 4mg gum. I am always trying to stop so I thought I'd apply. After receiving a voucher for a reduced purchase price. I definitely recommend nicorett gum it really does help with the cravings and I think I would be better with a higher strength mg, perhaps a 6mg gum. The taste is a bit dull hence a 4 star not 5.

Having tried to stop smoking around 20 cigarettes a day on two previous occasions I decided to try Nicorette Original 4mg Gum. After reading the instructions I was sceptical but was determined to give stopping smoking my best effort. On day one I was quietly surprised to find that my craving for a cigarette ceased soon after popping in a gum. I found that as days went on I was needing less and less Nicorette to quell my cravings. The flavour was neither good or bad but I did wish I had chosen a flavoured Nicorette Gum. I have not had a cigarette for over 3 weeks and I no longer need the gum apart from the odd time when the craving returns with a vengeance. Thanks Nicorette, I'm saving every penny I would have spent on cigarettes on something nice by way of a personal reward.

Didn't work for me
I bought the 4mg nicorette gum to try help stop smoking. I think it may be a mind over matter thing as I didn't feel the gum did anything for me...I still felt the compulsion to smoke. The taste was nice and if anything, it suppressed my appetite, which isn't always a bad thing!

Wouldn't recommend them
When first used them they tasted a bit weird. After the 3rd I started to feel sick and tired. After the week I didnt feel to good and I always had a sore head. I personally wouldn't recommend them
