The gum curbed cravings like expected but still had the urge to smoke (not as much as usual). The taste and texture of the gum was good too

I have tried all forms of quitting smoking aids from patches to inhilaters sprays and mints but these are by far the most convenient and effective product that I have tried and I will never waste money buying patches that peel off anyway ever again, really nice taste and the effects can last for hours with just one piece! These gums are a ten out of ten for me and I will be sure to stick to this particular flavour/brand from now on, they are very cost effective too

The gum was OK but didn't last very long perhaps a stronger stregh for heavy somekers

I used Nicorette original gum for 2 weeks and I intend to use it from now on ! I used to smoke like 14 cigars per day, and now I smoke like 8per day, which is great for me! I would not recommend this Nicorette chewing gum as it didn't make any difference to my smoking habit.

First off the product does what it says on the tin it does reduce the cravings from smoking but the issue with this specific gum is the taste, it has an unusual taste, nicorette do much better flavours in regards to the product itself they are all pretty similar but the taste makes a massive difference their mint and berry options are so much better and more palatable. If your only looking for a nicotine therapy device that works then this product is absolutely fine, sadly its not the one id personally choose from this brand. In regards to the app i think the concept is great, allowing you to keep track of your progress and also there is the option to log cravings and weather or not you've had smoke free days. the main thing i like about the app is the fact that it doesn't penalise you if you do have a smoke it just tries to encourage you to keep going. all in all nicorette is a great product for reducing or quitting smoking.
