Eases the cravings significantly
I usually smoke 10 cigarettes or roll ups a day. By day 3 with these I found I had far, far fewer cravings. Then, as the days went on, I noticed by the end of them that I’d barely had any cravings at all. That’s a significant difference to each time I’ve tried to quit without them before, as my cravings have always been constant and intense, and lasted for a week before I give in and start smoking again. I have sensitive skin and whilst the patch is extremely thin and barely noticeable I was aware that it was on my skin, but it didn’t irritate it
