Not bad
The Nicorette Freshmint Gum didn't really work for me as for regular smoker. Like every chewing gum extends the lighting of the next cigarette . Feels no big difference.

Good product
Prior to this chewing gum I have tried different brand's product but this is so much better, the best buy. The taste is great which I didn't get with the other product that tasted like cardboard.. it tastes minty for quite a long time actually. After the first few days I noticed it does help with crawings and have been smoking less and less already which to me is great result. It's all a battle in mind but this helped me much will continue to keep chewing, the product is great in my opinion, the only reason I took a star off is that I would like to urge the brand to seek out a much more eco friendly packaging too much plastic in my opinion.

Great taste, work as it should
I haven't tried any type of similar products before, Freshmint gum tastes good and it works well!!! Help controls the cravings. It's important to read the instructions if you want it to work well and the app is very helpful. Haven't had one for 2 weeks now. Definitely recommend.

Best used together

Gentle and effective
The gum itself was actually really enjoyable and suppressed my cravings to smoke a cigarette. I went and bought another pack to be sure the gum was making an effect and it definitely has. With the app as well, I found it really motivating to be able to set myself goals to weave myself off of cigarettes completely, instead of going in cold turkey. It also helped me track how much money, and consequently, time I was saving by not buying a pack of cigarettes and taking 5-10 minutes every 45mins-1 hour to excuse myself for a smoke.

It works!
I found this product good to use to help me reduce my smoking habits, the taste was ok, a different flavour would of been better but still it done it’s job. I have not only reduced my smoking but I have quit!

Nicorette at good price
These really work!! So happy. First day using them today and I've already smoked half my usual amount! The habit to go outside and puff is still there but crazy how these really show me that I don't need to destroy my lungs to get nicotine 🧡 soon I'll be down to zero cigs. Can't wait

Helpful
Check that this strength is suitable for how many you smoke a day. This was too strong for me but no problem - I just cut one in half and only needed to chew it for about 1min and it satisfied my craving. I stopped smoking in December and this was a big part of helping me quit. I would have one of these at the times of the day where it was so routine for me to smoke (lunchtime, after work) and it got me through the first couple of weeks.
