Inhale freedom exhale bad habits
The Nicorette Inhalator was great for a quick fix, it’s light and reminds me of my cigarettes yet people can see it isn’t a cigarette. The cartridges are easy to change and widely available in shops. Each one lasted me roughly 5 mins. The app is great a checking and tracking my progress. I feel really positive

Great Aid To Not Smoking
I like this, small and compact, not bad on price, I it leave a little scratchy feeling down my throat which is not a bad thing for me as it definitely makes me now want to smoke
