Not for me but good taste
Liked the flavour but wish they had 1mg. 2mg was just too strong for me.. made me feel a bit sick.

Expensive

Would recommend
The gum has worked really well for me. I haven't completely stopped smoking but I have cut back to only 3 per day. I do not smoke at work anymore. It's mainly 1 before I leave for work, 1 when I get home and sometimes 1 before I go to bed. Would recomend it.

tasty
great taste, took me a while to actually get to boots so it would be better if there wasn't a restriction on the chemist. These chewing gums stop the cravings and are worth using if you are ready to give up smoking.

It's working for me!
Currently trying to give up smoking with icy mint gum and so far its curbing my cravings very well. I like it because it doesn't have that throat kick that alot of nicotine gums have and doesn't make you hiccup, which I find personally some also can make you do. The taste is great! You get alot for your money and with the home tested app it was half the price! So great app and even better value.

Icy White
The gum had a minty fresh flavour with no after taste. It was pleasant to chew. Cigarette cravings were eased very well. I believe this gum would be beneficial for anyone wishing to stop smoking. It should be noted that it is important to use the product as instructed.
