Nicorette Icy White 2mg

I tried Nicolette Icy White 2mg Gum for the first time after being selected to review by Hone Tester Club. Great flavour and not too much of a nicotine taste - which was lovely. I will definitely buy Nicorette Icy White 2mg Gum again to help with giving up smoking.

Nice and refreshing. Found it helpful to help the feeling of craving.

It was very minty gum maybe a little bit strong if you dont like mint

Nicorette icy white 2mg is a nicy mint and good way of stopping smoking

This gum is really easy to use, and does actually help with cutting down on cigarettes. When the craving hits, you simply pop one in the side of your mouth and give a little chew to release the flavour. Leave the gum in your mouth chewing occasionally until the flavour reaches its full strength - you'll know when it does! Each piece lasts for around half an hour, but the taste lingers a while longer. I managed to last around an hour or so after the gum, before craving a cigarette. Over four weeks, I've managed to decrease my daily intake from around 20 per day to between 10 & 15 depending on what life throws my way. The app is also really useful for keeping track of not only your daily intake of cigarettes, but by also telling you how much you've saved. This gives a little extra incentive to stop. I do feel that using this gum has been really helpful, and combined with the info in the app, is a great aid to stopping smoking.

I found the gum rather tasteless & it actually made my cravings worse i am sorry to say.

I tried this as I’m determined to quit smoking I smoke anything between 15-20 aday I got the gum the taste was not very nice at all and it didn’t stop the erge of needing a cigarette

I have tested the Nicorette Icy White 2mg Gum over a longer period as it has made my mouth & gums quite sore. It takes a bit of getting used to as you have to chew first to release the taste, then keep it in your mouth resting between gum & cheek once it is strong and keep it there until the taste fades. Keep repeating for around half an hour. I found that the gum made the mouth quite sore so have not used it al the time to give it time to get over the irritation. I'm sure given a longer period of time, most people will get used to it, but frankly I found it to be quite irritating

Great taste in comparison to the earlier versions of this product. The flavor also lasts a lot longer than I expected. I've been using this product for a few days now and it really does help to reduce the cravings. I've also downloaded the app for this product, which is not bad however it does not provide an option for calculating your saving if you roll your own cigarettes which would be nice.

no good really still had Me craving a cigarette will still use as i have an open mind but don't think they are worth it

I found this to be good value for money and definitely a help with will power and reducing my smoking.

The gun taste nice and is easy to use. It curbs the cravings quickly, especially when out and about

I like these, perfect for keeping in my bag for when I'm out and about, the flavour is really nice and definitely curbed my craving quickly and refreshed my mouth at the same time, didn't have a majorly bitty texture like i was expecting either
