Nicorette Phase 3 Patch

Patch easy to fit, still had craving to smoke, would recommend to family friends to use.

This is the first time I have tried a patch, it seemed to help curb my cravings, it isn't a quick fix though, easy to apply and helped me cut down.

Was good at helping to stop cravings the only down side is I develop a rash from the patches

I am very satisfied with the Nicorette patch, I am on my way to quit smoking completely, I recommend everyone to try Only patches I have ever found that actually work without causing any need for a smoke whilst wearing them. Bit battered on arrival, but patches are ok.

did not like the debt, and does not help as fast as you want. i didn't like others maybe like it Xx

I started on level 3, rather than the suggested level 1 or 2. And, surprisingly, being on a lower level of nicotine still worked. My cravings are nearly gone. I really only think about cigarettes when I see them I don't feel my body craving them. Very pleased as , even in a short time frame, my health is improving. My skin is better. My breathlessness is gone. Appetite is back. Patches stay attached all day. A common side affect is a little itching after application, but totally tolerable. You will get very vivid dreams if you sleep with the patch on. (Can be fun if it is a good dream! lol but if it is alarming it will take a few minutes to get back to a restful state) The advantages of using these patches far outweigh the potential side affects. I recommend them to everyone!

The patches are discreet and non invasive. Easy and fool proof to use. The different strengths you need to work out which strength you need. I recommend using ordinary chewing gum also that’s what I did

Absolutely great product patch wasnt itchy or anything I didn't even realise I had it on and really stops the urge for a cigarette I would recommend this to anyone who wants to quit smoking

I purchased the Nicolette phase 3 patch with a view to stopping smoking I didn't hold out much hope after trying previously however I found that my craving is vastly reduced it really stopped me wanting a cigarette and when I had one it tasted different would highly recommend using in injunction with the app
