Wow no cravings
Thought about giving up smoking for a long time did it for a few days always had the craving and needed to go back. Was lucky to get this nicorette patch which I'm now trying it's been 7 days and I am not getting any cravings what so ever so far. would highly recommend this patch I wish I started it earlier.

Fab product - Nicorette Phase 3 Patch
I really found this Nicorette Phase 3 Patch and the associated app really useful and beneficial. Having the 2 together really worked and kept me motivated to succeed. They genuinely go well together and I will continue to use them both. They are both easy to use and apply. They are both explained well, have great information and you feel confident using them. Nicorette phase 3 patch
The nicorette patch was very easy to apply. I didn't have the urge to smoke a cigarette when I was using the patch as I never really thought about them due to wearing the patch. I extremely recommend using the patch as they are really effective.

Nicotine replacement patch
I definitely smoked less when using this product.i think i still have to get over the habit of the hand to mouth thing with a cigarette and going outside where i have a chair sitting just for that purpose.the app was helpful but i think i still have a way to go before i completely stop smoking.the patch works well for cravings but i think i have to get over the habit.
