Not for me

Nicorette Freshmint Gum
Although I was a little sceptical when I first saw the Nicorette Freshmint 2mg Gum I gave them a go. The taste was pleasant and it was easy enough to replace my normal tobacco product with these. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not at all effective
For me it wasn't effective at curbing my craving for a cigarette. It felt just like chewing a normal chewing gum. There is a lot to consider with cigarette addiction, it isn't just the Nicotine, it's the physical smoke that becomes addictive, the taste, etc. Whilst chewing gum may be effective for some, I did not find it helpful at all and found myself spitting the gum out to have a cigarette.

Quickly works for nicotine craving
