Helpful
Patches and app are easy to use, it didn't stop me wanting to smoke at first but Ii can say I am now 4 weeks smoke free. It helps to provide nicotine you require if you've been smoking for long.

Good but can leave a rash
I used this type of patch after using the 1st step and It caused itching and a rah on my arms and side which lasted for 5 days on each square. It took away the cravings I had but its definitely better used with another product I used the spray too. I think it would be really helpful but just unfortunate it left me with rashes.

Great Product!
The patches themselves were thin and therefore hardly noticeable, I didn’t really realise I was wearing them. They really helped to take away the physical craving for a cigarette. The app helped more for the mental craving for the habit, if having a cigarette is on my mind I look at the app to see the progress I’ve been making. The app is full of helpful tips and just looking through them can help take my mind off of having a cigarette. The combination of the two helped me cut my usage significantly and I now feel more positive about giving up for good.
