Easy to use
Really easy to use and connect with app. After each use you only tap on the phone and it’s automatically counted and app updates automatically. It’s definitely reduced my vape frequency and can help if you want to quit smoking highly recommend.

I have to admit I was sceptical about using this, but it did the job I have managed to stop altogether. The only thing I found was it left a burning sensation in the back of my throat so is possibly too strong for me but I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stop, because it does work really well

Not for me
I didn't like this product at all, each time I tried to use it, I got really bad hiccups, I don't think that would happen for everyone. But definitely didn't work for me!

Very good
This product really helped me to stop smoking, the taste was really nice as well leaving my mouth feel really freah, i would definitely recommend this product if ypur thinking of quiting smoking, i can now say im a non smoker after 17 years of smoking
