Quick spray review
For a quick fix that helps when quitting smoking I definitely recommend giving this a go. The minty taste is refreshing and the relief is almost immediate. I personally will be using this product again.

This product is quite better than the nasal spray, still you have yo give it few days to help you with the cravings, it feels a bit strong when you use it, help when you are in a place where you can't smoke but honestly it didn't help me to stop smoking for good

Decent nicotine crave buster
It's super easy to carry around, so you can just spray it whenever cravings hit, no matter where you are. The freshmint flavour is kinda cool and refreshing, but heads up, it's pretty strong at first. Honestly, it works super fast, like you can feel the need for a cig fading away in just a few minutes. Definitely worth a shot if you're serious about quitting.

Better than vaping
I stopped smoking cigarettes with the help of e-cigarettes a fair few year ago but found myself vaping more which I didn’t want to do. I was looking for something to help me with stopping e-cigarettes and came across quick mist. It’s not the best tasting thing but I was committed to stopping and persevered for a 3 months and then decided that it was time to stop using the quick mist. So far I’ve not had any nicotine for 2 months. I would highly recommend using this to help you stop smoking.
