Quick and easy relief
This has been really beneficial for me. I work in a hospital doing 12 hour shifts. So having this sprat has helped woth my cravings through the shift. It has also helped me yo cut down on vaping which is an added bonus.

Spray
I found the nicotine spray less effect as the nicotine gum. The spray gives me a small immediate craving relief but it’s not long lasting when compared to the gum. I also found that the spray left some breathe smell which wasn’t very pleasant and the flavour was way over powering.

Very good product and it has really helped me to give up smoking I went from cutting down to completely stopping.The flavour isnt has bad as I thought it would be you sort of get used to it and it’s a lot better than cigarette smell
