This really helped I was a heavy smoker and every time I wanted a cigarette I used the nicorette quick mist fresh mint single well it's the only thing that has worked I can actually say I am officially a non smoker great product

Strong but worth it.
The first few sprays this mist does feel like it is burning your mouth as it is strong but perseverance is key with the spray. Using this with the fruit flavoured gum is working. I use both even though i smoke less than ten a day because my will power is zero.
