If you're don't like mint, do not try
Taste is overwhelming if you're a light smoker. This product is good for someone who likes much nicotine and mint.

Not a bad product
The Fresh mint had a great taste but I did find it wore off quicker than I exspected .Price wise it was reasonable but I have tried other Nicolette products which are better .It is handy to carry around when the cravings start .I would use this possibly with another Nicolette product.The app was easy to use and had helpful idea.

Strong taste

Can take a while to work. Use 2 sprays.
I brought this item as a member of hometester club and dissapointed it was quite pricey for the amount of sprays it contains. It says to not use mire than 2 sprays a day when you have a craving you add spray in your mouth. I had lots of cravings so didnt kick in until day 4 when my cravings were less once I had my first spray. It works but takes a while isn't instant fix. Is not permanently.
