Awful
Having tried quite a few products to give up smoking I can safely say this was the worst. The taste, the feeling in the throat, none of it was good.

Didn’t work
Family friend has tried and tried to quit but failed each time. Gave this a go, but found the taste was awful and strong. Just feels like the ingredients quantities have been messed up. Didn’t work for them, but could see benefits with others

Great product
Good product with fresh minty taste and actually stops craving very clever lock on it and easy to carry around in your pocket or bag so would recommend giving it a try.

Nicorette
Like the packaging very much, easier to store and not tricky to open like normal product. Less waste too. Price is creeping up so will see if my first two purchases were just designed to tempt me in.

Far too strong for me
I’m afraid I didn’t get on with this at all. My main problem was the taste, it was so strong and made me feel horrid. It actually tastes worse than the cigarette so not really an incentive to give them up? On a positive note, it’s a lovely size and feels nice to hold in your hand.

Minty flavour
It is easy to use and very effective. I would recommend this to friends and family.

this product didnt work for me unfortunately i have COPD and i found it catching the back of my throat but my partner loved it he actually quit using it. he chose to use the fruity 1 rather than the mint but this was all he used and managed to quit so must be good

Awful taste
I tried this product when I was giving up smoking. It left the worst taste imaginable in my mouth. It almost made me sick so I stopped using it.

Nicorette spray
Tried this product and it really helped in my cessation of nicotine. It also tasted nice, very strong but useful. You have to read the instructions to make it properly work take to its full potential

Still smoking
I tried this minty fresh mouth puffer it tasted lovely and it did help me for a little while. But you do need something else I had patches aswel, and I did give upSmoking for about 3 years

Still smoke free
It was a welcome change to my vape and i was actually shocked how quick it curbed my need for a cigarette. It is quiet pricy so im not sure it will be my go to but overall i was impressed

Taste is horrible
I bought it with hope to stop smoking but after one spray to my mouth my tongue was burning and I took cigarette to kill the test of that. Unfortunately that was not working for me...but I know people who using it and they are OK with it.
