Nicorette Patch Step 1

I’m not sure if it works as good as its being recommend. Using patches made me feel sick and dizzy. An app was actually useful. I was quite surprised with tips and suggestions. I’ve tried to stick to them

I wasn't sure if I was convinced at 1st my 1st thoughts were how is this patch going to stop me smoking The packaging was easy to understand and follow and after applying the patch I was still a little sceptical before I knew I hadn't had a craving fora smoke usually by now i would of had at least one so I was quite surprised to be honest i started making a plan for the extra money I would save not smoking as well after 4 hrs I still hadn't felt the urge to have a smoke which for me takes a lot of willpower alone but with the patch I have found it relatively easy i am quite surprised with myself i know that it down to the patch it really is helping getting to around 8hrs passed i did feel my craving a little more but I kept my willpower going i didn't want to give in after going so long with out i defiantly am shocked at how well the patches work i dont feel the patch on and its discreet

Kept cravings away a bit but still felt I was missing something

Having tried patches in the past and having issues with them not sticking very well, I was a bit dubious as to whether these would work. They seemed to stick better than the ones I have used in the past.

Was good but as in struggling to quit still didnt find it quite strong enough but for someone who's not long started or doesn't smoke as much will be brilliant but overall great product and quality

Unfortunately, it did not work for me, the taste of cigarettes after use was terrible but I did not stop smoking

So far so good with these patches. Hopefully with determination I’ll give up for good. The app really helps too with some really good tips and tools to help me.

Easy to use. With code prize is ok. Not sure if I will buy with full prize. After one week I didn't stop smoking but smoke less.

Very easy to apply couldnt feel it when it was on takes a while for it to start working but once that kicks in I must admit the craving started to slow

Used the patches, still smoked. But felt like I should use less because I had the patches.

Really easy to use and I didn’t notice I was wearing the patches. They stay put and are comfortable to wear. I still had cravings while wearing the patches so you have to have a really strong will to want to give up. Saying that the patches definitely made the cravings easier to bare than going cold turkey.

The Nicorette Patch 1 has really helped me to reduce my smoking. I am not at the quitting stage but I’ve certainly cut my consumption down by half. It’s colourless and is very easy to use. I would recommend these patches over other types of quitting products.

Tried this product. It was alright. Not really my thing though.

I find them easy to apply they seemed to work at first, I did go a day without smoking but then I couldn't handle the sick feeling I got.

These patches were good but think you might need some extra help with maybe lozengers
