Great gums, they really work!

A really good minty flavour but not too strong, and unlike some other brands you don't get that weird feeling at the back of your throat - that makes me cough!! I haven't smoked in a looong while, and it really does keep cravings at bay. I now only have one a day and soon won't be needing any more. The app is pretty good to keep track of your goals and your improvement although apart from that is not really much of a help.

Not for me.

Wasn't a big fan of these, tasted weak compared to my 2mg nicotine lozenges. Didn't get the hit of nicotine I would have had off other products

Great aide to giving up smoking

The gum had a pleasant enough taste. However it became a bit tough after a short while. It did help to ease my craving but didn't take away the frustration of not smoking. I was glad to have the discount for the product as it was a tad expensive in that particular store.
