Not great

The first thing I noticed was that it left me with a weird after taste in my mouth aswell as a burning sensation on my tongue and didn't really give a great nicotine boost ,if you are a light smoker then they probably be ok for you me personally they wasn't for me and also expensive

Made me feel unwell

Didn't like this at all! It made me very nauseas, and my mouth tingled alot for some reason. It probably works for some people, but certainly not me, they should bring out different flavours.

Worked for me

I used these to stop smoking and they worked for me. Did leave me with heartburn and a strange taste but once I had cut down on the amount I was having it worked fab

Great gums, they really work!

A really good minty flavour but not too strong, and unlike some other brands you don't get that weird feeling at the back of your throat - that makes me cough!! I haven't smoked in a looong while, and it really does keep cravings at bay. I now only have one a day and soon won't be needing any more. The app is pretty good to keep track of your goals and your improvement although apart from that is not really much of a help.

Not for me.

Wasn't a big fan of these, tasted weak compared to my 2mg nicotine lozenges. Didn't get the hit of nicotine I would have had off other products
