Wouldn't recommend plain/Original gum

I tried the nicorette gum but it had no flavour and wasnt even pleasurable to chew luke chewing gum.

Worth a try

Smoking gum

The gum looked just like normal gum and I followed the chewing instructions. The taste was ok but strangely peppery it wasn’t that pleasant. It did take the edge of needing a cigarette

Horrible taste

I used these to help me give up smoking. I really didn’t enjoy the taste at all. The consistency of the gum was horrible. After a couple of minutes chewing it gave me jaw ache. I stopped using them because I developed a sore throat from using them.

Worth it

Makes quitting easier

Helped me quit smoking! Whenever I had an urge to smoke I would have a piece of gum and it fulfilled my nicotine addiction! It also removes the habit of ‘smoking’, which I feel vapes and such promote. For me I needed to stop all elements of smoking including the actual movement of bringing something to my mouth and smoking. Affordable too!

Not for me

I tried this and the flavour was awful, I spat it out immediately. I did try a few times but could not get used to the nasty taste and the feeling it left in my throat. Waste of money!

Nicorette Gum

This gum should have a stringer flavour and not taste off. it was quite refreshing though and quickly delted the odours
