Lovely Flavour
I did use this product for around 1 week. I was smoking for 10 years, and then vaping for 10 years, and I found this very difficult. I did enjoy the taste, and thought it lasted quite a while, however, it didn’t help with the habit of picking something up and putting it in my mouth (like a Vape), so I didn’t find this quite difficult, and therefore failed after 1 week.

The gum helps a little bit!
I found this gum does help a little bit, but you’ve got to be chewing it all the time for it to have a good affect. Which of course isn’t practical. The taste isn’t great, it could be better, but taste is a very personal thing, other people may like it!

Nicorette Gum
The gum releases nicotine as you chew, but you need to chew it slowly then stop and rest the gum between gum and cheek or hiccups are guaranteed!. The gum helps greatly with cravings and if you are feeling tense and irritable due to withdrawal symptoms. It does take your mind of smoking very well but for me I need to have something else such as the Nicorette inhalator as this for me mimics smoking. I will definitely continue with the gum as it has helped me through some very intense withdrawal
