Sore throat for days
sadly it didn’t work for me. I didn’t find that it helped me in Anyway other items were more successful like the inhalator and patches I just found out the chewing gum really burned my throat and painful on my tongue too. I don’t know if I had some sort of reaction or if this is the case for everyone I know people that have tried it and they’ve been very successful using Gum alone, so I wouldn’t discourage anybody from using it it just wasn’t for me unfortunately

Good to keep busy but didn't work for me
This would be a good product for people who need a distraction but personally for me it didn't work. I understand the concept of gum it keeps the mouth busy n the brain occupied but the cravings only subside for a short while I mean who can chew gum all day.

Great!
Used the gum to help me on my quitting smoking journey. It definitely haelped with the cravings and would defintely recommend. Only gripe, the flavour could last a little longer!

I don’t like! Still wanted to smoke
I have tried lozenges before which were better for me neither this I still wanted a cigarette and caved. Probably didn’t give it the chance it deserved but used along side smoking and didn’t cut down. Taste pleasant

Nicorette Original Gum
I have tried and tested this Nicorette Gum and it was good, it took the sensation away from wanting a cigarette, however 2mg was not enough and the cravings were hard to ignore, so i distracted myself by doing other things. The gum is minty but it releases nicotine to keep cravings at bay. Would i use it again probably not but this is my own opinion.

Nicolette gum
The original Nicolette gum has an ok taste but I would have preferred it to have had a minty/ fruity flavour as this may not have then just tasted like nicotine. I used the gum to help me cut down in view of stopping at a later date. It did help me forget the craving for a cigarette for a short while, but I found that it lost the taste quite quickly and then I had to stop using it. Don’t think this is for me but is a good aid to help with stopping smoking.

An effective product to support
The product was better than expected, I was worried that the taste would not be very nice however I was pleasantly surprised. The gum supported with reducing the amount of cigarettes smoked during the day. I believe the gum would be effective long term to help with stopping smoking completely if used alongside other supportive measures.

Great start for quitting smoking
I was hesitant to try Nicorette Gum But I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised when a whole 6 hours went by and I hadn't even thought of a cigarette. The next day I made it 8hrs without thinking of a cigarette! I will be buying more because it truly helps you quit
