excellent for curbing cravings
Nicolette nasal spray has actually helped me kick the habit. It curbed my cravings and I’ve now been a non smoker for 7 weeks. The nasal spray is very easy to use and is sprayed toward the back of the nose twice every hour. I had no discomfort and haven’t had to use it for the past week. If my cravings return I would definitely use it again as I may have found it easier during lockdown as I’m not around anyone else who smokes.
