Nasal Spray
I really couldn’t get on with this nasal spray. Every time I used it I felt like my nostrils were burning and I wanted to sneeze. It became the case that when I had a craving I’d avoid using the spray altogether. I did however find the app which you use in conjunction with the nicotine replacement therapy, really helpful. I was able to notice a pattern in when I craved and was able to distract myself as opposed to relying on the NRT

Good helpful product
It is really easy to use when you are planning to stop smoking. I also loved a support from the app, with tips and support. The only thing it was for me personally weird feeling to use it. I recommend it strongly

It’s working

Nicorette nasal spray helped me quit
I bought the nasal spray in order to help cut down my smoking. I found the spray itself easy to apply and didnt seem to burn like other sprays ive tried. I was unaware of the app which in the end turned out to be really helpfull. A simple tap of the spray against my phone everytime i sprayed helped track my progress on a daily basis. Really clever idea. I just had to set the app up which was easy and leave it open in the background. I ended up reducing my smoking by 40% with the aim of eventually quitting. The spray overall has been a godsend and would recommend it to anybody who wants to reduce or quit smoking.

Good idea but not for everyone
The Nicorette Nasal Spray is a good idea but I did not like the sensation of a nasal spray. My friend has tried this and is confident with it and likes the spray but it is not for me.
