Does not work for me
Helps only when in mouth. And 5 minutes after and I need to take a New one. Does not suits me at all. Prefer chewing gum.

Very good product
I tried quitting on my own. It went miserably. These minis were worked immediately, and I haven't smoked once since I got them. Yes, when someone near me is smoking, I kinda want one, but I don't feel an overwhelming need to have one. These will not get rid of all of your withdrawal symptoms - I have had a few really tough days- but they do make it easier if you really want to quit. You can do it.
