Did nothing for me
Unfortunately, like the other Nicolette products I've used, this hasn't worked. It sticks well and stays on, but it's done nothing to help me stop smoking. Maybe that's just my willpower though!

I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by how well the patches worked i had some cravings but overall they worked well and i would recommend them and use them again if i needed to but between them and the gum i have managed to stop so I’m happy!

Help with quitting
These patches are easy to apply and do stay put sticking well. After about 5 minutes under the patch became very itchy but I did bear with it and it eased off. Happens every time I put on a new patch. These are not a miracle worker you have to really want to quit and have the Will power to do it . I have found though that the amount of cigarettes I smoke have reduced since trying the patch. So they do seem work.
