Useful

it works!
I tried Nicorette patch step 1,I found it easy to wear,enough nicotine, great way to stop smoking. The app was great as you can read what changes will happen and best of all how much money you save. It was a eye opener, I would never ever stand and burn a £10 note every day but that is what I have been doing by smoking. Please try Nicorette.

Works well but need to find correct area
These are easy to apply and stay in place all day. They easily adhear to skin and don't lift in corners which sometimes happens with patches during day from wear of clothing against them. The only downside is that you need to find appropriate area on body. Wore on arm first 2 days and they made feeling like a numb arm so moved to shoulder and was fine. Definitely curbed cravings.

It does work
I didn't expected them to work.I applied the patches on different parts of the body and did so only on dry skin.For at least 5 hours I didn't have the need to smoke.I didn't like that at night I had bad dreams using it,so better to be used only during the day.I couldn't smoke while wearing it,it gave a strange sensation in my mouth (not sure how it works) so not been able to smoke.The craving disappear quick which is great.The patches do work ,and now I smoke less.

Not very good for Sensitive skin
Certainly a good idea so it isn't something you have to keep thinking of, however this product gave me a square sized rash so I would not purchase again. It is worth a try for anyone wanting to quit smoking though

Amazing product
I have been using the patches on a daily basis and they are actually put me off from smoking. I do have cravings but not for cigarettes. It’s been five days and I haven’t smoked and don’t feel like smoking anymore.

Works great!
I found this very helpful when quitting vaping. Although I felt that there wasn’t enough patches as I needed a little longer before I went on to the next stage. Would recommend this to anyone trying to quit smoking/vaping
