Nicorette icy white gum 2mg
Been using these for a couple of weeks now, quite a nice flavour and definitely help to do what they are meant to do I’ve cut down a significant amount already which is what I was hoping for, I also use them while at work so helps reduce cravings for needing a smoke break overall a great product I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to cut down/ eventually stop.

Does the job stops the crave.
Does the job it needs to do. Has a nice little kick that curves the crave and keeps you away from the actual cigarette.

Not Icy Enough
Tried the gum for the first time wasn't quite sure what to expect. Texture was ok but the flavour wasn't right for me, I needed a stronger flavour. Hasn't reduced the amount of vapes I'm using either. Sadly this product wasn't right for me.

Does help with cravings
I've been using these to help with cutting down on smoking and despite being very skeptical I can say that they do indeed help with cravings. The flavour is not incredibly strong like I was expecting, it's a pleasant and not overpowering minty taste that lasts quite a while. Quite an enjoyable experience!
