Defintely takes the cravings away.
I stopped smoking a while back and I have been on the vape, but I don't really like doing that in the house, but wanted some kind of relief during working hours, I struggled to comprehend how a product that I chew could give me relief from cravings from something I inhale, so was a little bit skeptical. However, this totally did the job, I as soon as I had a couple of chews of the gum, I got that instant 'ahhhh' satisfaction. Definitely recommended, 2mg is a good strength too.

I purchased these Nicorette Icy White Gum 2mg as trying really hard to give up. These have helped a lot. Great minty flavour
These are actually quite nice in flavour. The mint is nice and strong. Easy to use, just pop in your mouth, chew until you get a change in flavour, then push to your cheek and keep there until you feel you need to chew again. They keep the flavour of mint for ages, so I don't feel I have to change to a fresh one as often as I thought I would. These really help with removing the craving, and keeps your mouth busy as well, so helps with the physical need that comes with giving up smoking. I think these are a great way to give up. Keep a strip handy in your pocket or purse.
