Not suitable for light smokers
The app is great, really encouraging and I will definitely continue to use it. I wasnt very fond on the gum, it had a very strong after taste and the fruit flavour didnt last long enough. The product is expensive, I am a very light smoker and therefore found that the product didnt work for me as it was too strong in nicotine

Poor flavour
I didn't enjoy the flavour and due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to complete the task. The app I have used previously and is very good and supportive

Wonder product
Loved this product. The flavour is amazing you really cannot taste the nicotine in them and they work a treat with cravings, I would highly recommend this product if like me are thinking about giving up smoking
