Worthy!!
Really worthy! I use only one week for now, still using, and in the begining I didnt like because im not comfy with the chew gum resting in my mouth..but then after a couple of days I do properly and Im already reducing the amonunt of cigarretes😊

Finally a nicotine gum that works

App & Gum review
I used the gum in conjunction with the nicorette app to support my “giving up smoking” journey. The app is brilliant in the fact that you can tailor it to fit your individual needs and how you choose to attempt to give up. I found good motivation was the fact that you could see each day how much money you was saving from not actually smoking! It’s actually quite shocking when you realise how much money you are actually wasting through purchasing cigarettes. I used the gum as instructed whenever I felt the urge to have a cigarette. Although it did have a minty taste I found that it’s after taste became quite unpleasant in my mouth and I had a tingling sensation which I felt was quite uncomfortable. I did persevere with the gum but I eventually stopped using it as I didn’t like how it made my mouth feel. I’m sure others would have a different experience but for me it wasn’t something I wanted to continue using or found helpful. I would recommend using the app as it’s so easy
