App & Gum review
I used the gum in conjunction with the nicorette app to support my “giving up smoking” journey. The app is brilliant in the fact that you can tailor it to fit your individual needs and how you choose to attempt to give up. I found good motivation was the fact that you could see each day how much money you was saving from not actually smoking! It’s actually quite shocking when you realise how much money you are actually wasting through purchasing cigarettes. I used the gum as instructed whenever I felt the urge to have a cigarette. Although it did have a minty taste I found that it’s after taste became quite unpleasant in my mouth and I had a tingling sensation which I felt was quite uncomfortable. I did persevere with the gum but I eventually stopped using it as I didn’t like how it made my mouth feel. I’m sure others would have a different experience but for me it wasn’t something I wanted to continue using or found helpful. I would recommend using the app as it’s so easy

Small tasty support
I really like packing is study and nice design. Gums come in blisters and are small enough to fit in pocket. Very nice taste and enough nicotine to skip couple cigarettes, definitely helping.

Help you to quit smoking
This gum helps me a lot for my smoking habit. As i am smoking for long time so it's hard for me to quit but instead of 15-20 cigarettes a day i used only 6 in a day and rest when i feel the need to smoke i had a gum. I think can i quit in a few weeks times.

Give it a go!
I really smoked a lot of cigarettes a day but now I have limited the amount for more then a half! Hopefully I will stop smoking soon. On the beginning gums are really strong but the taste is great and fresh.
