The dinosaur is very interactive for kids to pretend play. It make realistic noises and it’s mouth opens and closes. It can be a little difficult for a younger child to press down the tail for the dinosaur to make noise when playing. Other then that it’s definitely a cute toy for kids that like pretend play.

My 3yo son was so excited to receive this toy to test. He was all smiles and ready to play. He enjoyed the dinosaur details (sharp teeth, claws, color and size). He loved that when you pull the tail down the Dino rawrs and opens its mouth. Decent quality and would recommend to friends and family who have children/grandchildren.

Real Life Raptor!
I have a 9 yr old son that is in love with Dinosaurs! He especially has a love for Dinosaurs that move and make noises so when Home Testers Club sent me the Zuru Robo Alive Raptor in exchange for my honest thoughts, I couldn't wait to see what my son would think. The Robo Alive is considered to be a real-life robotic pet that moves and roars like a real Dinosaur. When you push down on the raptors tail you get a raptor roar, biting and claw swiping action and the realistic design completes the look. My son had so much fun while playing with the raptor and I loved watching his imagination hard at work! The age recommendation is for ages 3+ which is perfect! There are 2 other Dinosaurs that are a part of the Robo Alive line and I can't wait to add them to our collection!

Real looking dinosaur
My boys ages, 7 & 10, were pretty excited to play with the Alive Series Dinosaur by Zuru. They were super excited to see how real the details of this dinosaur really were. By pressing the tail of the dinosaur, it makes scary dinosaur sounds and it opens its mouth. For the most part, my children really enjoyed this toy. Their only complaint was they wished they didn't have to hold it's tail down for it to make noises. The second you let go of it's tail the noises stop. Otherwise, they love playing with this dinosaur!

Robo Alive Dino Action Raptor
My son loves this toy. He set up a play area for all of his dinosaurs and really enjoyed adding this cool raptor to the collection. This Dino is a perfect size, not too big taking up too much room and not too small to where it could get easily lost. When you move it’s head it makes a roaring sound. You can also move his jaw and legs. It is very realistic looking and has really great details on it. This would be a wonderful gift for your child on any holiday, birthday or just because, I highly recommend.

dinosaur was the perfect size for my child! tail easily moved in order for the dinosaur mouth to open and let out a loud "roar". would recommend to friends amd family who have children interested in dinosaurs!

This Zuru Robo alive Dino action toy is super nice and roars as much as Dino, kids have lot of fun with this, this toy came with built in battery and just a pull on tail makes Dino roar. Quite attractive toy for boys and makes a great gift.

Nice fun toy, but doesn’t stand up it’s own
This is a really fun toy for little kids; it is sturdy plastic, easy to play with, and has a very realistic dinosaur roar. The color is a bright, and doesn’t peel off or wipe off easily. On reading from the packaging, it looks like the toy is safe even if the child puts the toy in the mouth. The only issue I had with it was that you have to hold the toy with one hand, while pushing the tail down with the other hand, to make the dinosaur noise. There’s no way to put the toy on the table so that it stands on its own, and then push the tail down to make the dinosaur roar. A little awkward, but doesn’t take away too much from the fun.

Roar!!
This dinosaur looks very realistic, it almost scares my toddler! The roar isn’t too scary though thankfully. The tail was slightly difficult for my 3 year old to operate but I would definitely recommend this.
