They move around the looping paths of the gameboard as they collect coins, power up with items and Companions, and play fun minigames along the way such as Rock Paper Scissors, Thumb Wars, and Spin-Offs. As they approach Bowser’s Castle, players will also buy stars to boost their battle-spin; each star collected adds 1 point to their spin total, and players will need to spin higher than a 12 to defeat Bowser and win the game. This fun game for kids and families is for 2-4 players, ages 8 and up.

Life Mario Edition Great for Kids

Since my nephew loves Mario brothers, I decide to get him the game of life. It’s one way to get him in the games and keep him interested in playing these games. The graphics are great and it’s just the perfect game to get a child that has specific interest interested in playing.

Best game ever!
This is such a fun game, me and my family play it all the time. It’s easier to play then the normal life, but just as fun! It also makes me feel like I’m playing super Mario too! Which is a treat because that game is AWESOME!

Two Great Worlds, Combined
This was such a fun game to play with my family. Especially for the younger kids, who really REALLY enjoy Mario. My wife and I enjoy 'The Game of Life', but it wasn't until it was combined with the world of Mario, that my kid was interested in playing. The Mario-themed game board is very aesthetically pleasing to play on, and does a great job of combining both themes of each Life & Mario. The game itself is the quality you can trust from Hasbro, so you should be able to enjoy many years of playing this again & again.

The Game of Life with Mario
Our family picked this in the store for a game night and it quickly became a fav! It’s not so much the game of life but more like Mario party. As an adult I love this game and the kids have so much fun playing.

Loved the game
My favorite game growing up was life and my favorite video game was Mario. So when I seen this there was no way I was leaving without it. And I’m so glad I didn’t. My kids and I sat around the table playing this for hours. It was so fun and a really good opportunity to bond with my little. I’d definitely recommend!

Life with a twist
Love the game of life. Love mario. The two combined creates a cute and quirky game play that's fun for the whole family. The characters make my youngest more influenced to play. The mario design makes me happy and the reason I purchased. Over all same similar play with the original life game. Perfect all the way around
