Feeling like a child again.
My oldest son actually bought me this Tamagotchi for my birthday this year. Wow, did I feel like a child again! This is a definite replica, as far as I can remember, of the Tamagotchi I had when I was about 10 years old. So, here I am taking care of a Tamagotchi as well as my 5 children. This is what my son thought I needed? Really?! Overall I'm very happy with the remake of this 90's toy we all enjoyed and loved!

Just like I'm the early 2000's
I was so excited when my daughter told me she wanted one of these!! Come on anyone who was a teen in the early 2000's had one of these! They were such a fun, simple, cute way to keep your kiddo busy!

tamagachi
I bought this for my son for christmas present. I was super excited and it totally brought me back to my childhood. It was basically as i remembered it. Easy to use and easy to figure out. I think it was a great toy for its time, however now days kids toys are so advanced that kids get bored with things relatively qquickly.

Maybe for some people
I think this is for a certain kind of person. I was horrible at keeping my pet alive and happy. I forgot to check on it all the time. But for some people they really were able to do it and they loved it.

My granddaughter really enjoys playing with this, gives her something to take care of and it's fun for her highly recommend.

Another classic
My sister and I had one of these each when we were kids. We loved them! It’s a good way to track pet responsibilities without committing to actually getting a pet. They are a lot more expensive now though. When they first came out there were 5 to 7 dollars. Now closer to $50. Allot of fun though.

I used to have this when I was a kid. I still have it and it still works. Just amazing how they revisit the day's of the old.

Fun for awhile
This is a good way to get kids started on taking care of pets but it does give them the idea that the pet will always come back to life.

Daughter loves it
Daughter loves it. Quality is good. The size makes it easy to carry around. I liked that it’s very easy to use and understand. It would help if the screen lights up better so it’s easier to use it in the dark.

Bought this for my girlfriend as a stocking stuffer gift and she loved it. Brings us back to being in elementary school and looping this on our backpacks. One thing I did forget though is how hard it is to look at this screen and how annoying the beeping

Takes me back.
I grew up with these toys and absolutely loved them. I had like 6 as a kid. So when i saw this one in the store, as an adult, i just had to buy it for myself. Probably the only 30yr old walking around with one on my keys lol.

i loved these growing up
i had a total of 7 between these and the giga pets... i loved these so much and the kept me entertained for hours at a time. i wish they would come out with a newer version for the kids, but it probably wouldn't be nearly as cool as it was with us in the age of technology, we are in. I really enjoyed these growing up and i would buy one now if they stole them just for nostalgic reasons.

Handheld Toy
Love this toy. Brings back old memories as when I was a kid. Bought one for my kid recently and they loved it. Very good for kids with sensory problems.
