My children cannot get enough of playing with it when they take a bath even me and my husband play with it when taking a bath Product details all you have to so is simply place the toy in water to activate the shining lights and a spraying fountain. The built in light brightens up the bathtub with three different colors. It automatically changes between red, blue and green. Turn out the lights for extra fun! The blue whale is also a mini fountain. The water absorbing holes soak up the water while the built in sensors activate a sprinkling stream of water out of the blowhole.

Toddler loves it
My toddler loves it. I am always looking for ways to make bath time more fun and this has worked. I like that it only turns on in the water. I was a little nervous when I saw that this is a battery powered water toy but it seems to work just fine and water has not seeped into the battery compartment yet.

Wish it came with batteries
This was a nice fun product for babies and kids for bath time! The lights are so pretty! I do wish it came with batteries though.

Cute!
I received this on purpose to try. My 3 and 4 year old liked it. Simply place in the water and the fountain and colors work. No on off switch. Easy to put in batteries and kept kids entertained in the bath for awhile.

So Adorable
My granddaughter loves her new bath toy. Hopscotch Lane Whale Light up Fountain Bath Toy is adorable. Everytime she takes her bath, the whale is the first toy to float in the water with her. Loads of fun and so cute.

Piece of crap
I had my 3 year old granddaughter to test it& she was very disappointed. First, batteries weren’t provided to test it. Second, no instructions were provided. Third, after adding the batteries and placing it in the tub, nothing happed.

Good idea, but lacks color and a fun
We received a Hopscotch Light Up Whale Fountain to try and review and here is our take: The Hopscotch Light Up Whale Fountain is a well intentioned toy, aimed to make bath time more fun. However, the toy lack color, brightness and something more of a fun factor, to make the child engage in play. Our child did play with it for 2.5 minutes after which completely lost interest in it. We suggest brighter colors and perhaps sound, to make it more engaging

Amazing product
I love how it goes in circles and plays music and lights up. My daughters lives watching it move around in the water while taking a bath. It's such a cute toy. I do recommend this to other parents.
