I've been taking these for just over a month - i was skeptical at first as I didn't notice any change in the condition of my hair, nails or skin but after about a month there was a noticeable difference especially in my nails - I'm going to continue taking them as I feel I can see a change in my skin hair and nails subtle but it's there x

My favourite brand so far
I've tried many skin and nails supplements but this is by far my favourite. It's probably the only one I have ever tried that doesn't smell awful and leave a strange taste and I really do feel the benefit in taking them everyday , as someone with pcos I can have skin /hair issues ! Only thing is I wish they were a smaller pill , but the shape of the tablet makes them pretty easy to swallow!

After taking these for over a month I’ve noticed my hair growing longer my skin looks and feels better and my nails are a little stronger great product will continue using. Don’t expect miracles but they are good

My hair is growing very fast
Before I tried a lot of different food supplements. But I feel in love with this one from the first bottle. As my skin becoming better, nails stronger and hair is growing so fast. After my second pregnancy I thought I will be without any hair. But solgar saved my hair and made it much better than before.
