Strong Nails
Highly recommend ive used them for a few mths now high recommend if going through menopause as my nails and hair were brittle I was losing a lot if hair daily but since I've taken these ive noticed the hair loss is barely noticiab and my nails are long again and are strong.Highly recommend

Makes a difference
You don't notice the difference straight away, you have to eat it for 2 months before you start to see the effect it is having on your skin and your hair, it gives the right boost of vitamins to what needs it the most, i have been using for nearly one year.

No difference
I used this products for months, but did not see any visible difference on my hair or skin. It was hard to decide if my nails got better or not, but the main benefit I was looking for was the other two and I did not get any. I think it is an overpriced product and you can get these minerals cheaper maybe not in a fancy glass packaging.

Very good
Very good food suplement for hair skin and nails. I was looking for something that will helps reduce hair falling out and found reviews about this product - decided to give it a go and I am glad that I did. After 2month I've noticed lots of new baby hair where I had bold spots before. Also my skin feels more moisturised. That product stays with me and will continue using it daily.

They work
Not the best smelling, but they do really work. My skin is left glowing after using. My nails also see considerable growth and hair also seems more fuller. Solgar are one of the best brands for vitamins and you can rely on the quality. I recommend taking for a long period before judging. I recommend.

I’ve been using from few years now and it works.My nails are stronger than before and I noticed an improvement also on my hair. I always lost a lot of hair but since I’ve been taking this vitamins the loss is a lot less and my hair look better

A necessity
It is a necessary think for me and my family to get the nutrients and vitamins daily . It is hard indeed and supplements are very helpful . With age , noticed that my skin , hair and nails are loosing strength. I currently take this for 2 month , as instructed, and clearly seen a big improvement. My nails are stronger, less hair falling and skin is much brightener
