Does what it says
I used this vitamins for a period and are good. A friend recommended me and I have noticed the changes. Now as I am in post-partum recovery so I definitely take them again.

Really great tablets
I had this product recommended by my sister in law, after trying multiple vitamins to strengthen my hair I decided to give it a go, initially I found them a bit hard to swallow but after seeing the results definitely made the effort to continue taking them.

I didn’t like the size of the vitamins
This wasn’t really for me, I didn’t like the size or the fact they come in tablet form and you need 2-3 per day. I do not use them now. If they were a soft capsule that would be a lot better

Perfect for hair & skin
I tried these vitamins when wanted to grow my hair and improve my skin. It surprised because I could actually see results after using 1 bottle, skin looked more clear and soft and new baby hair growing.

Long term use
A great formula which helped clear my skin and felt soft. Easy to use. It took a while for this to begin to show results so it is something you have to stick to for a couple of weeks

Didnt see a difference
My nails are in a terrible state so I thought I’d try something that would help them. These were recommended, but they didn’t help me. Maybe it’s just me. Did you get a good write up I wouldn’t try them again

Brought these for my parents! used these for a couple of months now and definitely saw a difference. Her hair especially felt visibly stronger and shinier than before and nails were considerably stronger.

This is nice brand of vitamins
I am a Virgo zodiac, so always buying and consuming vitamins and care about health . I decided to try this vitamins when wanted to grow my hair. And it worked, however it should be a long course of consuming.

I bought these the other week and I have not stopped taking them since Since using these little beauty's my hair skin and nails have been so much better I have noticed that my nails have stopped snapping my skin isn't snapping as much and my skin is looking much healthier I love these definitely recommend these to my family and friends
