Very useful
Worth the price and I wasn't disappointed. And yes I would buy again! I would also recommend to friends and family. Very relaxing and helps so much.

Herbal medicine
It’s okay, I can’t decide for certain it’s helped but it’s not any worse. I’m taking them anyway.

Anxiety
I've bought these in the past for anxiety management. I'm not sure what positive effects they had; I think most responses are unfortunately placebo. I don't think i'd buy again.

Kalms
I do like to believe this product worked after a week of taking them. I did start to feel, and less stress I do hope it was due to taking these. However, after that 30 minutes, I did start getting a strange aftertaste.

Doesn’t do it for me
These don’t do it for me. I feel no different at all however they are nice and worth trying if you’re stuck they may work for you

This product does help with calming. Tastes ok too.

Not sure that beneficial
So many people in my family suffer with anxiety and sleep problems and have tried a lot of products over the years. Love the idea of a natural remedy and can't get prescriptions for sleeping medications nowadays - or for decent anti anxiety medications -they just say meditate / try a mindfulness app etc! :/ So these smell and taste lovely but I couldn't feel any obvious improvement. I wondered if not strong enough for my special family :) they may well work on a neurotypical / average human though!!! On another note I think lavender can be good for some skin conditions do could always use for that if doesn't work to Calm!

Pointless
I took these till the box ran out and I didn’t notice a difference at all felt pointless to take as I wasn’t having any benefits

Disappointed
Got given these by a friend who knew that I was going through a stressful time. Absolutely a waste of time, didn't do anything for me.

Ok for mild anxiety
I have taken these for sleep and anxiety problems I haven’t noticed any improvement yet. they are easy to swallow but drink plenty of water as all I can taste is lavender for hours afterwards.

Have used these for a long time
I really love kalms. I've taken them for a good while now as I notice they help me sleep better. They are also good at keeping me "kalm". I would highly recommend them to someone who is struggling with restless nights.

Working great for me
These Kalms One-a-Night Tablets have been a game changer for me! I've been getting the best sleep in years. They're easy to take and I wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend
