Great vitamins

Evening primrose

These contain evening primrose and as an older lady this is recommended. Easy to take. A bit pricey but time will tell if they make a difference.

Very important for women’s health

I started using these vitamins as my diet sometimes is lack of important nutrients and decided to take a better care of myself. It does help and you can feel the difference. I’m not that tired, my skin looks healthier and overall I feel much better.

Good!

I been talking those vitamins for a while and I can say is an improvement. Not feeling anymore exhausted,it has everything you need in them. Great for a value and I can definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try it.

great item

trying to find a decend multi vitamin to help me with the menopause too these are a great allrounder and are so easy to take and are not as big as some i have tried. they dont really taste of anything will buy again
