Good multivitamin
Have used these for some time now and find they are good multivitamins. They have a good amount of vitamins and minerals. A decent size tablet that is easy to swallow.

Great if you want a bit of everything
I used this for a while and it gives peace of mind that all your vitamins and minerals are topped up. Unfortunately for me I needed stronger strength in certain vitamins which is why I had to stop taking it.

trying to find a decent multi vitamin to help me with the menopause too these are a great allrounder and are for over 50 so just qualify and are so easy to take and are not as big as some i have tried. they dont really taste of anything will buy again
