I really like the contents of this multivitamin, it has everything that I need from such a supplement. I find that when taking these I have no need for any other other supplements. the only reason I wont give 5 stars is they are a little on the large side and I find them impossible to swallow without water

I have been using this range of vitamins for many years, but 50+ is fixed because I need a surplus of vitamins. I am an active person with a chaotic schedule and I work a lot and these vitamins are the ace up my sleeve.

My hubby has been using it and feels it is working after few weeks. It is convenient to have all minerals and vitamins in one capsules.

my sister had some samples given to her and gave me some to try. they are easy to swallow and seem to be working well, no issues at all.

Difficult as it doesn't taste of anything and has no discernable medical effect in taking it vs not taking it. I have to take a multi-vitamin following bareatric surgery. The multi-vitamin I was told to take by my consultant was £45 for 90 tablets - no way can I afford that. BUT I measured the ingredients of his recommendation with those on the back of this product and, apart fro mthe levels of Vitamin D and two other minerals in his that aren't in this one (which I can take for a fraction of the price cumulative) they are spot on. So, is it good ? - who knows; does it work? - who knows; will it kill me if I take it? - unlikely unless you are allergic to something obscure in which case you already know about it. This is well priced for multi-vitamins and is a well respected brand. I am not sure how it is better for 50 years old or over - perhaps the cap is easier to take off?

Great product with some notable effects after a few weeks. The tablets are easy to swallow and therefore quite easy to keep up with taking them.

Great product my dad loves them, he takes them everyday and he says they are so much easier to swallow that other brands in the shop, you also get a lot of tablets so it lasts for just over 3 months.

Brought for mum. She felt better after nearly 3 weeks. Just that little boost that makes a difference. Well trusted and known brand - I’d buy again for her for sure

These vitamins are really good, they contain all the vitamins and minerals you need to keep you healthy and fit, great for hair, skin and nails and they are easy to swallow. I recommend.

Great multivitamins that really help your health.

Great multivitamin that l have used for quite some time. Provides everything l need. I will continue to use but would much prefer the plastic tub (just partially filled) be replaced with a more bio degradable packaging.

I’ve been taking these for quite a while now, don’t really know if they make much of a difference but it makes me feel better to take them anyway. Hah

I tried everything on the store from a to z , to cheap to extra expensive nothing helped up all night sneezing couching dying felt like it until my mom said try that and I did and it did the trick....

Very good vitamins, made me feel full of energy and slept better while taking them.
