Not amazing
Used them leading up to an interview but did not really find any benefit. They just left a flavour which wasn’t particularly pleasant.

Kept me asleep
Can’t say they made me feel any sleepier but they did keep me asleep so felt I have a full nights sleep. Only issue is the lavender taste can repeat for an hour or so after taking

Good product
These are very good for helping with anxiety. I suffer with anxiety a lot & find these calm me right down within 20 minutes of taking them. I would never be without them now & buy them a lot!

Slept like a baby
I was feeling quiet anxious as I had couple of job interviews coming up and I bought this .I also work nights so I often find it hard to sleep anyways .Combined with having hot bubble bath and this ,I slept like a baby and felt refreshed the next day.I did not have that fuzzy feeling like other sleep medications give or did not feel sleepy the next day .So overall very happy with this product !

Sleep better
I used this when I was very nervous and it really helped me sleep peacefully. I recommend this product to everyone, After using it you will no longer have problems with sleep, love it

Helps me sleep
I found this helps me sleep. I know the smell of lavender is good at relaxing but a lavender tablet I was not sure about I gave them ago and noticed my sleep was a lot better. I had more of a deep sleep and woke up more relaxed.

I used for a while when I was very stressed at work and it did the work for me. I highly recommend it.

Allowed some sleep
I took these when I lost my best friend. After a few weeks of not being able to sleep I was recommended them, after the first night managed to get some sleep. Honestly will always have them in my cupboard. Highly recommend.

Helps calm my nerves when i needed it
I used this when i needed it the most, it helped my calm my nerves and get a good night's rest, without waking up from anxiety. I would recommend this product and try it again when I need it!

I’ve tried it and it works !!
Whether it’s psychological or not but these work for me!! Friends were sceptical but admitted it’s the first thing they go to when under a stressful situation!!!
