Didn’t help my cravings.
I didn’t like the fruit flavour, would have preferred mint or even tobacco flavour.

Better tasting than I thought
Whilst it was a good product and did ease cravings, it hasn't been enough on its own to stop me. I am continuing with it through my journey and will use it alongside other products and services to stop smoking. Its my first time trying.

Not the best flavour for me.
I personally didn’t like the flavour though it did help with the cravings. If anything it was too strong for me as I vape and have cut down to the lowest strength.

Disappointed
I bought this as an aid to quit smoking. The taste was lovely and refreshing. Its a very handy pocket size. Unfortunately, it did nothing to help with my cravings.

Not bad!
I found the spray to be helpful in curbing the craving, the taste was pleasant. I think it would help eventually lead to no vaping but it would take longer than I had the spray for. Also you still need a lot of willpower to be able to completely quit as the spray doesn’t hit the spot exactly how using a vape would.

Did not like the taste.

Did not really help
Personally I didn’t really like the taste, it was a bit too intense for me. But also, I don’t think it helped my nicotine addiction. I think it’d be good for someone who doesn’t smoke too much but did not work for me and made me feel a bit sick.
