Not good for me
I used this and it caused me to have uncontrollable sneezing and caused me difficulty to catch my breathe in between sneezing. I have used it twice incase it was a coincidence and it happened again. Gave me a feeling like something was at the back of my throat and then the sneezing continued. Not great when you have a weak bladder! Concept is great but couldn’t use it again.

Sneezing fit
This products takes a lot of getting used to. Everytime I used it, it caused me to sneeze constantly, I followed the instructions as recommended. In terms of reducing smoking I can say it has helped as I did not smoke when using the nasal spray. The need to smoke was reduced. The spray itself did not really have a bad test, but does sting the back of my nose and cause my nose to run I have not given up on this product, I will continue to use it through the sneezing as smoking tobacco is no longer something I no longer want to partake in.

Effective but unpleasant
Works to reduce cravings without affecting my stomach bur makes my sinuses burn, my eyes run and makes me sneeze to the point I can't face using it.

Stings but works ok
Relieves cravings but does sting at first and need to get use to it. If you have tried the quick mist before, it is like that, need to use a few times before you get used to it.

Mind Over Matter
Tried this nasal spray in my latest bid to quit. It did have a small affect on my cravings, but ultimately it is the habit my mind has adapted rather than just a nicotine craving. I just wonder if it would work better with a stronger dose in each spray.

Nasal spray
It took a bit of getting use to it but once you are it does help with cravings so you don't smoke. I did like the spray and would carry on using it to help giving up smoking
