Nicorette
It doesn’t help a lot to quick e- cigarettes. Taste wasn’t bad but it was too strong for me.

Great flavour
The Nicolette fruit lozenges have a nice fruity taste and in my opinion taste better than the minty ones. This have helped me cut down on the amount I smoke and are great when driving long distances and not able to smoke, I found that they take a while to dissolve but take away that nicotine craving.

Lozenge fruit flavour
I found the fruit flavour lozenges helped with overall cravings but they seemed to have a very strong flavour. So strong that it actually hurt my tongue if I used more than three lozenges a day. I think they might be helpful for some people but for me the craving benefits didn’t seem to out weigh the sore tongue affects so I can’t say that I would recommend them to others.

It left a terrible flavour in your mouth
Well I was optimistic that these would be different to the chewing gums. I just didn't like them but mainly because I'm not a chewing gum person. I thought a nice fruity flavour to suck to take my mind off wanting a cigarette. Well I was wrong I just couldn't keep it in my mouth I tried putting it in my cheek to lower the Intensity but it just seemed to heighten the flavour. I didn't just try it once I did try a few times but sadly they are not for me so the search to help me quit continues.
